Coconut cream is a creamy white, sterilized and homogenized product from the natural extract of coconut kernel.

A) Colour and Appearance: Creamy white
B) Flavour: Sweet and natural, free from foreign
C) Viscosity: Pour able, not more than 2000 cps at 30° C

Chemical:
A) Fat Content: 24.0 ± 1 %
B) Dry matter: 28% - 32%
C) Free Fatty Acid: 0.1 maximum (lauric of extracted oil)
D) pH: 6.0 minimum

Shelf Life:
The product shall be stored at ambient temperature for optimum shelf life. Product is to be handled with care. Store in a dry and well ventilated area, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze (less than 4° C) which will cause irreversible separation of the product.
