Squid Cook With Chili Padi & Soy Bean Sauce

This simple chilli padi and soy bean sauce stir-fry with squid or it can be made with chicken, beef or anything else. Adding Kara Coconut cream enhance the creamy texture and more fragrant.

  • 300g Squid (cooked with hot water)
  • 100g Chili Padi
  • 50g Onion
  • 30g Garlic
  • 30g Ginger
  • 30g Soy Mean Paste
  • a bit  of Sugar & Salt
  • 2 cup of Water
  • 300ml Kara Coconut Cream
  • 10g Spring Onion
  • 3tbsp Cooking Oil

 

STEPS:

  1. Heat the wok with oil. Saute the chili padi, onion, ginger garlic and soy bean paste until fragrant.
  2. Add in water, salt, sugar, squid and Kara Coconut Cream boil for 1 minute.
  3. Topping some spring onion and ready to serve.
