Double Chocolate Sago

Got a sweet tooth? Try out this super easy East-meets-West dessert infused with Kara Coconut Cream in Chocolate Coconut Sago!

Ingredients (A)
100g sago
1l water

Ingredients (B)
250g cooking chocolate
125ml fresh milk

Ingredients (C)
125ml Kara coconut cream
2 table spoons of water
A pinch of salt
Sugar to taste
Pandan leaves

1. Bring water to a full boil and pour in sago. Cook till sago looks transparent and drain.
2. Pour sago into glass and set aside to chill.
3. Heat ingredients (B) over a double-boiler till smooth.
4. Mix ingredients (C) and bring to simmer. 
5. Pour ingredients (B) over glass and mix ingredients (C). Serve chilled.
